This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. See Terms of Service. Please carefully review our Shipping when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are your operating hours?

You can order from our website 24/7! Orders are processed from Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Metro Manila & Luzon only.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fee is included in the invoice amount. Payment will be shouldered by the customer upon placement of the order. Shipping fees for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Metro Manila

Shipment method: Partner Courier

Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days after payment confirmation for all in-stock or available items

Luzon

Shipment method: Partner Courier

Estimated delivery time: 7-14 days after payment confirmation for all in-stock or available items

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mereditz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Do you deliver internationally?

No. We do not offer international shipping.

Is there a cut-off time for orders? How long will it take for them to be ready?

We process orders from Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cut-off time is 5pm daily. Please be aware that we need 2-3 days after verification of payment to prepare your orders.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not been paid and processed, you may send us a message by using our CONTACT form or reply to the order confirmation email that you received to cancel or create a new order. However, once your payment has been confirmed, changes will no longer be accepted.
