RETURNS
All return items must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item for an exchange, send us a message by using our CONTACT form or reply to the order confirmation email that you received.
After you receive an email from us acknowledging your request, place the return item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and then send it to our mailing address which is included in your invoice.
Take note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship the return item.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of the return item, we will process the exchange. Please allow us at least seven (7) days from the receipt of the item to process the exchange. We will notify you by email when the item has been processed.
